A. HOW TO ORDER?PRE-ORDER PROCESSSTEP 1. Fill out the pre-order form. Ensure all details are complete and accurate before submitting.STEP 2. Wait for a copy of your order confirmation, which will be sent automatically by Cognito via email. Once received, review all details and your order carefully.STEP 3. Settle your payment on or before the stated deadline by completing the attached payment form.STEP 4. Fill out the shipping form with your details. You can submit the form at any time, depending on when you want your order to be shipped. The earlier you complete it, the sooner your order will be shipped once packed (on a first-come, first-served basis). However, you may also choose to pay once the items are officially on hand.STEP 5. Once your items are shipped, tracking numbers will be updated in the master list.

B. MODE OF DELIVERYAt the meantime, we only have J&T as the shipping courier.J&T SHIPPING FEE RATESMETRO MANILA - 75 pesos
LUZON - 75 pesos
VISAYAS - 90 pesos
MINDANAO - 100 pesos

C. LOCATION- ENCLICK is based in Apalit, Pampanga, Luzon.

D. MODE OF PAYMENT- GCASH, GoTyme, and BDO.

E. How long will it take for my order/s to arrive?Estimated arrival of Items are usually stated in our pre-order form or the main post. Production and shipment of your orders usually takes around 2-3 weeks after the stated dop. It may take 4-5 weeks if there are any delays or a high volume of orders.However, if it's an on-hand item, you don't need to wait any longer because we can ship your order immediately.You can track and check all the updates and status of your orders through our public masterlist and the X tag #enclickupdates

- Please be 101% sure before submitting an order form.- Failure to pay on the given dop have to pay for the late fees (30 pesos per day).- Patience is a must.- All items are pre-order unless stated otherwise.
